I‘ve got a bunch of artwork in the pipeline right now. Unfortunately I don’t have much time to work on any of it. You know how it goes, life is busy, blah, blah, blah. It’s a lame excuse, but it’s all I got. The projects are really varied so here is a rundown.

1 New T-shirt designs. I had a couple of cool ideas for new shirts and I am refining the artwork. The new color schemes will be green / tan and yellow / black / red. Should be cool when it’s finished.

2 Desktop background photo illustrations for your computer. I created a couple of horror themed desktop backgrounds a while back. I haven’t had the time to post them for download yet. But when I do, they will be free (of course) and should scare the crap out of your mom.

3 Multimedia extravaganza. Recently I teamed up with a long time friend who also happens to be a great fiction writer. We are collaborating on a comic / podcast / movie mashup thingy. It’s hard to explain but I’m working on the storyboards now. It will be dark, dirty and a lot of fun when it’s finished. It’s just taking me forever to do. I’m not happy with my storyboards yet so I’m holding up the entire project.

4 Stories. I have a couple of short-short stories that I wrote almost a year ago. I need to go back & edit them. After they are edited I will post them here on the site.

5 iPod mod. I have 2 iPods taking up space in my closet because neither of them works. The one I busted the hard drive on & the other was given to me because it had a fried mother board. It occurred to me that I could swap the working parts around and possibly have one working iPod instead of 2 broken ones. Long story short - it worked and I have an extra case that is just itching for me to paint it up. White & chrome iPods are so 2004…

After 7 years of ownership my beloved 1996 Nissan 200SX SE-R “Shimmy” was showing signs of needing some major repair work. Shimmy had over 160,000 miles on him and was an extremely fun & reliable car. Unfortunately he was showing his age. It looked like he would need a new suspension, CV joints, & something was up with the steering rack. I figured at 160K he would also need new brake & fuel lines plus, I still had the same rotors on the brakes from when I bought him in 2000.

Plus I had a potential mutiny brewing. My wife declared that she wouldn’t ride in the car anymore. She waved her little hook hand in my face and declared “Arrr… That vessle ain sea worthy an I ain sailin in it no more.” So 6 weeks later I decided to do something about it. On our first bright sunny spring day I took Shimmy out on his last cruise & came back with a Pepper White 2004 MINI Cooper S. Pics to come…
